If we look back at our life so far we would always pull up a list of things we should have done. This list of should haves' and could haves' has always bothered us. But do we have to carry this burden continuously? The answer is of course, yes! This is burden is ours' and ours' alone. Whew! That's a lot!
This brings me to my next inspiration. It is a movie called Dead Poet's Society. In it Mr. Keatings (played by Robin Williams) talks about getting a chance to write a verse of our own in the book of universe. As Pushkar Bajpai I am being given a chance to write something new every day. Although some of it may have already been written by others or others' words have inspired me. But every word I write down I am aspiring myself to elevate to the next level. This aspiration inspires me and fills within me an energy. This energy add ons to the energy already a part of me. All this energy must give me an high, right? It does, try it yourself. Try to write something new, learn something new or at least see something new.
Now that leads me to Mark Ruffalo. In one of his interview in Inside Actors Studio he talks about being alive. He talks about how at the end of our life everybody is going to through dirt on our face! Perhaps the greatest gift we get each day when we open our eyes to the first ray of morning sunlight is the breath taking us into the next second of our life. Actors always try to lift themselves up and into the skin of the character. This is described as being in the moment in the art of acting. So what can we learn from this? Learn the art of living and acting --which is continuously striving to elevate ourselves and living in each and every moment.
